Having a presence on Instagram and Facebook is important to your business. With Instagram's business profile, you can build a unique visual presence and allow customers to get in contact with your business. Details of your business will be shown in addition to the fields typically shown in a personal profile. A contact button will appear on your profile when you add contact information, making it easier for customers to get in touch with you.
In addition, your business profile provides tools like insights and the ability to promote posts, which will help you better understand and reach your audience. We’ll look at insights and promoted posts in a later section.
